Shipping & Returns

Return Policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we will not be able to complete a return.


All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled via E-mail for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP. If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item due to being damaged/issues during shipping you have 5 days from delivery to contact us to initiate the refund process. We will require photos submitted through email of the damage, and may ask that the item be shipped back to us. 


All grocery and food items are FINAL SALE.


  • Perishable Products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Due to State Health Regulation all frozen, refrigerated, opened and fresh made items are Final Sale.
  • We regret that final sale, opened food and personal care items cannot be returned. Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error.
  • No Returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise, Food Items or Holiday Merchanidse unless defective.




To provide the freshest products, we carry low quantities on hand, ordering more from manufacturers when necessary. Due to this, average fulfillment time for orders is 5-14 business days. In addition most perishable products ship at the beginning of the week to avoid climate controlled orders from sitting in transit over that first weekend.
